Post 68 Oratorical winner receives check for winning District contest

Solomon Smith receives $1000 check from Post 68 Commander John Hacker for winning the Department of North Carolina District 9 Oratorical Contest

On 16 February 2022, Post 68 Oratorical Contest winner North Brunswick High School Student and JROTOC member Solomon Smith received a $1000 check from Post 68 Commander John Hacker for winning the Department of North Carolina District 9 Oratorical competition.  Smith now goes on to compete in the Division II competition on Feb 26th at Post 543 in St James.
