Solomon Smith, Post 68’s 2022 Oratorical contest winner went on to win the American Legion Department of North Carolina District 9 competition today at St James Post 543.  Solomon was presented a check for $1000 by Post 68 Commander John Hacker.  Smith now moves onto the Division II competition.

Solomon is a student at North Brunswick High School and a member of the JRTOC.
