John E. Jacobs American Legion Post 68 was again at the Boiling Spring Lakes Market on September 3rd despite the rain and foul weather.  Several Post members were on-hand to provide support.

Per event lead Jamie Becker: 

It was a beautiful day for this. Unfortunately Southport was having a car show so there were only 5 Vendors. We spoke to three, YES 3 possible members that are from BSL. We did well for a slow day.   We had sales from the sale of basket tickets, fish fry tickets, hat sales and donations.
