Post 68 Unserviceable Flag Collection

DETAILS:
DESCRIPTION: John E. Jacobs American Legion Post 68 in Leland will be sponsoring an event for the public to drop off their worn, torn and unusable American flags. Flags that are collected will later be properly disposed of per the United State Flag code. The American Legion is one of the few organizations certified to dispose of unserviceable flags. Post personnel will also be selling military hats. Information about the Post along with membership information will also be available.

TIME: 8am to 4pm
